Still partying like it's 1999
Finally made it to the coast this past weekend. Walked along the beach. Smiled into the sun. Wiggled our toes in the sand. Splashed in the surf. Ate ice cream. Watched the sky grow pink and orange. Nearly missed our train.

Superpowers: tolerating horrifying amounts of sugar; creating mountains out of molehills; making anyone present immediately feel better about themselves, especially when I dance; generating massive amounts of clutter in astonishingly little time. Weaknesses: personality unrecognizably altered by sleep deprivation; the most rigidly inflexible person ever to attempt a yoga class; cannot resist tall intellectual boys in dark-framed spectacles and turtleneck sweaters. Guilty pleasures: girly cocktails; fashion magazines; Eurotrash dance music; detective novels; watching others suffer in televised endurance races while sitting comfortably on sofa.
